Microsoft to Host Datacenter Academy Open House at DMACC West Campus

Job seekers exploring careers in Information Technology (IT) are encouraged to attend this FREE event

Job seekers who are interested in exploring careers in Information Technology (IT) are encouraged to attend a Microsoft Datacenter Academy Open House from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the DMACC West Campus, which is located at 5959 Grand Ave. in West Des Moines. The event is free and open to all.

During the Open House, members of the public will be able to tour the Microsoft Datacenter Academy's Mock Datacenter Lab and connect with Microsoft Datacenter technicians and DMACC advisors.

"This is a unique and free opportunity to explore a new and rewarding career path," said Dr. Anne Power, Executive Academic Dean of Business and Information Technology at DMACC. "IT careers are an in high-demand today and this Microsoft program at DMACC offers an affordable and fast track entry into datacenter job openings."

Information about the Microsoft Datacenter Academy program at DMACCwill be shared and light refreshments will be provided.
