Cold Weather Shelters are OPEN!

Attention: Cold weather shelters are open! Call 211 to connect to a cold weather shelter.

Open from 8pm to 8am for anyone who is homeless or without heat.

To check if the shelters will be open on a given night, call 211. The shelters will be active through March 16, 2025.

2217 Harrison Ave. in Latrobe, PA

Additionally, Westmoreland County Centers for Active Adults are open during their business hours. Please follow the link for hours and locations. *Blankets, food, etc. may not be provided, but serve only as a safe place to keep warm.
