Robert Van Rens, Chairperson of the Historic Preservation Commission, has called a special meeting to take place on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Board Room (101 N. Court Street).
The meeting's purpose is to review a Demolition Review Application for the property located at 1207 N. Market Street. In accordance with City policy, all demolition applications for structures 50 years old or older require review by the Commission during a public hearing.
The meeting agenda will be published on or around November 26, 2024.
