Income Tax Levy & Full Credit Effective in 2026

Please note that the income tax levy with the 100% tax credit that was passed in November 2024 will not take effect until January 1, 2026.

As a result, the 50% tax credit and 1.5% tax rate will remain in effect throughout 2025. Please contact the City of Clayton at 937-836-3500 with any questions.
