We wanted to inform you about an autopay notification error that you may have received regarding your West University Place utility bill. Point & Pay's email system is experiencing technical difficulties and incorrectly notified customers that autopay payments would not be processed due to a connection error. Please be advised that this message was sent in error and no action is required from customers.
The City is working with Point & Pay to address this error and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
