Second Tax Foreclosure Auction Set for September 23-25

Monticello, NY - Sullivan County Treasurer Nancy Buck announces that a second round of the 2024 Sullivan County Real Estate Tax Foreclosure Auction will be held online only from Monday, September 23 through Wednesday, September 25.

"We have two parcels - both single-family homes - from the first auction that ultimately did not sell earlier this month," Buck explains.

One parcel is located in the Village of Wurtsboro, the other in the Town of Fallsburg. Bidding, which starts at $100, opens September 23 at 10 a.m. and concludes September 25 at 10 a.m.

All sales are subject to final approval by the Sullivan County Legislature.
