ORDER
In accordance with A.C.A. § 23-46-212, the Arkansas Bank Commissioner declared a State of Emergency for the Centennial Bank branch located at 2600 East Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, (the "Coral Ridge Branch") on November 4, 2024, due to a water leak at the location which resulted in significant water damage to the branch on November 4, 2024. The Arkansas Bank Commissioner finds that Centennial Bank's Coral Ridge Branch in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been significantly impacted and normal business operations cannot be conducted at Centennial Bank's Coral Ridge Branch location because of destruction caused by water damage. Therefore, pursuant to the authority granted by A.C.A. § 23-46-212(d)(1)(B), it is hereby ORDERED that Centennial Bank, Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas, is approved to keep its Coral Ridge Branch in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, closed for a reasonable amount of time until the office can be reopened.
This ORDER shall remain in effect for one hundred twenty (120) days or until terminated by the Commissioner.
