Today's digest provides helpful and important updates on the following:
Sonoma County hosted a webinar on Tuesday, Nov. 19, to update landlords about their responsibilities under a new tenant protection ordinance recently adopted by the Board of Supervisors.
The webinar was an opportunity for landlords in unincorporated areas of Sonoma County to learn about their responsibilities under the ordinance, which takes effect Jan. 1, 2025.
The online informational session, which included Spanish interpretation, featured representatives from the Sonoma County Counsel's Office and the County's Information Systems Department, who explained how landlords can use a new web portal to report rental information.
