Material Event Form 8 K

The Millennium Partners Portfolio Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.9% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of August 7, 2018 relating to the Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2018-MP filed as Exhibit 4.4 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 29, 2018 (the "MSC 2018-MP TSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.1(e) of the MSC 2018-MP TSA, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, was removed as special servicer of the Millennium Partners Portfolio Mortgage Loan and Green Loan Services LLC ("Green Loan"), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Millennium Partners Portfolio Mortgage Loan under the MSC 2018-MP TSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of November 18, 2024, the Millennium Partners Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the MSC 2018-MP TSA, by Green Loan.
