Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:21 AM, Troopers arrested Valter Correia Pires, age 36, of 250 Acushnet Avenue, New Bedford, Massachusetts on a 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference on the original charge of Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty and 2.) 3rd District Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Charge. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to Sixth District Court.

At 1:48 PM, Troopers arrested Tia Brockington, age 41, of 58 Vineyard Street Apt. 3, Providence Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear at trial on the original charge or Embezzlement and Fraud. The arrest was the result of the subject surrendering at the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. The subject was processed and transported to Third District Court.

At 4:50 PM, Troopers arrested Michelle Dupree, age 63, of 53 Coe Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drug - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers assisting Department of Corrections at the Community Confinement Center. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight as a bail violator.

At 7:00 PM, Troopers arrested Elvin Torres, age 31, of 327 Point Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks for 1.) Simple Assault, 2.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation, and Troopers responding to the Johnston Police Department to take custody of Torres. Torres was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

At 11:12 PM, Troopers arrested Gina Reyes, age 29, of 85 Blackstone Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving No Application for License originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department Police and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Cranston. Reyes was processed at the State Police- Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Women's Intake Center.

At 12:07 AM, Troopers arrested Dorian Parache, age 28, of 324 New York Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less (Fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the Providence Police Department subsequently locating Parache. Parache was held overnight at the Providence Police Department pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
