A Recap from the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Koniag's 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held October 5, 2024, in Kodiak, Alaska.

Incumbent directors Janissa Johnson, Alex Cleghorn, and Gordon "Matt" Olsen were reelected to serve three-year terms. Quyanaa to James Alpiak, Mary Ellen Boggs, Sonny Ogle, and Stephen Parsons for running to serve on the Board of Directors.

Teague Simmons was named Youth of the Year and Denise May was named Elder of the Year.

Koniag's Shareholder Settlement Trust principal contribution will be $3,503,333, bringing the total principal contributions to $36,763,793.

Koniag's Elder Benefit of $1,200 was issued to original Shareholders age 62 and older on October 11, 2024.

The Annual Dividend was raised to $30 per share and will be distributed January 24, 2025.

Shareholder Resolution 2024-01 was approved by the majority of voting Shareholders, approving the new Koniag Benefits Trust.
