State Police arrest Whitehall man for Rape

On November 7, 2024, State Police of Granville arrested Matthew P. Delucca, 37, of Whitehall, NY, for Rape in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

On November 7, 2024, Troopers received the report of inappropriate contact between an adult man and a child. The investigation determined Delucca allegedly had sexual contact with a child under the age of 15 while in Whitehall, NY.

Delucca was arrested and processed at SP Granville. He was arraigned at the Whitehall Village Court and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility without bail.
