Baker McKenzie Advises Terra One Climate Solutions on Agreement for the Sale of Battery Energy Storage Systems

Baker McKenzie has advised Terra One Climate Solutions GmbH on the conclusion of a framework agreement with S4Energy, a Dutch subsidiary of Castleton Commodities International (CCI), for the sale of ten battery energy storage systems. The portfolio comprises 310 MW of ready-to-build and advanced projects strategically aligned to support Germany's renewable energy targets.
