NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-392
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Qinarmiut Corporation to eliminate a portion of the common boundary between Government Lot 10 and N½ NW¼ Section 20; and replat said lots to facilitate the proposed Tuntutuliak 2022 Replat/Subdivision. This replat is located in Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 77 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
The public hearing will be held via teleconferenceat 11:00am on August 14, 2024. Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.
Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to Joseph Donohue, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, or to the email address below, and received by 5:00pm, August 12, 2024, to ensure consideration.
