ECCB Launches DCash Public Survey: Have Your Say and Win Up to $3,000

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is excited to announce the launch of the DCash Public Survey, inviting citizens and residents of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) to share their feedback and insights to help shape the future of DCash 2.0.

The survey will run until 31 December. It is a unique opportunity for members of the public-whether current DCash users, those interested in digital payments, or those new to the concept-to voice their opinions and contribute to the design and development of DCash 2.0. Feedback from this survey will directly guide enhancements to ensure that DCash 2.0 meet the needs of its users and support financial inclusion across the region.

DCash 2.0 aims to be a secure, user-friendly, and integration-ready digital currency solution that supports a wide range of payment flows, including person-to-person (P2P), person-to-business (P2B), and government-to-person (G2P). Building on the lessons learned from the DCash pilot, this next-generation platform is designed to enhance financial inclusion and empower digital payment innovation across the ECCU.

Exciting Incentives!

To thank participants for their valuable input, the ECCB is offering attractive cash prizes:

  • Monthly Prizes: $500 for one winner per member country, for two months.
  • Grand Prize: $2,500, drawn from all survey participants at the end of the survey period.

Participants only need to complete the survey once to be eligible to be entered into the monthly and grand prize draws. The survey, along with the terms and conditions for participating, can be accessed online via the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DCASH2.
