NOTICE is hereby given the Palatka City Commission will hold public hearings to consider the enactment of the following Ordinance at City Hall 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177 on December 12, 2024 and January 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM:

Ordinance 2024-16 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA PROVIDING THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA BE AMENDED FROM GENERAL COMMERICAL (C-1) TO COMMERICAL INTENSIVE (C-2) FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 S STATE ROAD 19, PARCEL NO.: 11-10-26-0000-0143-0020, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.
