Good afternoon. Let me start today's briefing.

Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang Insun, together with Minister and Chief Cabinet Secretary of Mongolia Nyam-Osor Uchral, will hold the eighth Korea-Mongolia Joint Committee Meeting in Seoul on Monday, November 11.

The Meeting will cover economic, development and infrastructure cooperation as well as people-to-people and cultural exchanges between Korea and Mongolia.

In particular, the two sides will review the main progress in bilateral cooperation including on critical minerals and environment and toward an economic partnership agreement, and discuss ways to work more closely together.

The Joint Committee Meeting is expected to help bolster cooperation between the two countries with mutually complementary economic structures.
