Partners Matthew Thurlow and Michael Vitale and Associate Tanner Gattuso represented Target in a class action lawsuit alleging the chain marketed some of its bandages as "sterile" while they contained harmful per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances according to an article in Bloomberg Law tiled "Target Avoids PFAS Class Action Suit Over Mislabeled Bandages." The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice Oct. 22, 2024, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
