Fort Pulaski National Monument Will Reopen October 11 2024 Following Hurricane Milton

SAVANNAH, GA - Fort Pulaski National Monument will reopen Friday October 11 2024 at 11:00 AM following Hurricane Milton. The national monument closed on Wednesday October 9 in anticipation of impacts from the hurricane along US Highway 80.

Fort Pulaski National Monument will resume standard operations and public visiting hours on Tuesday October 1 at 11:00 AM. Fort Pulaski's Centennial Celebration, "One Hundred Years of Fortitude" on October 12-13, 2024, will also go forward as scheduled.
