Board of Supervisors County of San Mateo Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Mid-Coast Park and Recreation Development Fees

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during their regular public meeting on December 10, 2024, at 9:00 am, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors will consider the annual report for the fiscal year 2023-24 for the Mid-Coast Park and Recreation Development Fees Trust Fund, findings with respect to the portion of the Trust Fund remaining unexpended, and the annual fee adjustment. The proposed fee is $2.05 per square foot of new assessable space. Documentation is available below.
