Troopers seek public assistance in locating owner of dog in Herki...

State Police are attempting to locate the owner of a dog that was found deceased on Jerusalem Road in the town of Litchfield on October 29th.

The male dog is described as an all-black lab mix that was found by a passerby who notified State Police. The dog was wearing a dark blue collar and matching colored leash. Troopers would like to locate and notify the owner.
