Silver Alert: Assistance Needed Locating Missing Jonesville Man
LaSalle Parish- The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the LaSalle Parish Sheriff's Office for 66-year-old William Sabitus. He was last seen at his residence on 145 Sanson Road in Jonesville on October 5, 2024, at approximately 7:21 p.m. LSP received the request to issue a Silver Alert at approximately 10:28 a.m. this morning.Sabitus is a white male with gray/brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5'11" tall and weighs approximately 175 lbs. It is believed he is traveling on foot, wearing a light blue shirt and blue jeans.
Sabitus suffers from a medical condition that impairs his judgment and has a documented history of being disoriented.
Anyone having any information regarding the whereabouts of Sabitus should immediately contact the LaSalle Parish Sheriff's Office at 318-992-2151 or local law enforcement by dialing 911.
