City of Dallas Awards Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Contract to Trinity Alliance Ventures LLC for Component 1 of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (KBHCCD) Master Plan, Supercharging Local Economy and Workforce Growth

DALLAS - The City of Dallas on Wednesday awarded the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract for Component 1 of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD) Master Plan to Trinity Alliance Ventures, LLC. This contract includes pre-construction services, with future consideration for construction, and an initial award amount of $7.55 million.

Known for delivering world-class projects like the Las Vegas Convention Center expansion, the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, and the Fort Worth Convention Center, the Trinity Alliance joint venture brings extensive expertise to the KBHCCD expansion. Collectively, the team has delivered 39 convention centers, making KBHCCD their 40th. This project will drive growth for local Dallas businesses and create new economic opportunities that will reshape the city's urban core.

"Today's contract award continues to prove our commitment to prioritize local businesses, drive economic opportunity while establishing Dallas as a model city for smart, sustainable growth and vibrancy."

Component 1 of the KBHCCD Master Plan alone is expected to generate an estimated 1,200 to 1,700 jobs monthly throughout construction. The Trinity Alliance team has extensive experience managing large-scale projects, with a commitment to nurturing local pre-construction and construction talent and prioritizing contract opportunities for Dallas-based firms.
