The Federal Law ratifies the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the provision by the Government of the Russian Federation of a state export loan to the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt for the construction of a nuclear power plant in the territory of the Arab Republic of Egypt, dated November 19, 2015.
