The Birmingham Career Center is hosting the Jefferson County Second Chance Hiring Fair

The Birmingham Career Center is hosting the Jefferson County Second Chance Hiring Fair
Birmingham - The Birmingham Career Center is partnering with Jefferson County District Attorney Danny Car hosting the Jefferson County Second Chance Hiring Fair. Employers are looking to hire qualified men and women who have a criminal history and need a second chance at joining the workforce. We have Employers who are looking to hire qualified men and women who do have felony(ies) and/or misdemeanor(s). Multiple employers will be onsite and ready to hire. Some employers include Jefferson State Community College, Coco Cola, Alabama Power and Waste Management, just to name a few. Job seekers can register at secondchancehiringfair.com. The Birmingham Career Center will also be providing registration and guide services the day of the hiring fair. Registration is FREE!
The job fair will be held on Tuesday October 8th, 2024, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at The Boutwell Auditorium located at 1930 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr Boulevard, Birmingham, Alabama 35203
