Singapore: Fast track your Import / Export Documentation request with our self-help tools

Dear Valued Customer,<_o3a_p>

Ref our advisory (Subject Title : Enhanced Customer Service - Your Access to Dedicated Assistance dated 21 June 2024) regarding the restructuring of our customer care organisation. In order to enhance your shipping journey associated with this change, we recommend the usage of digital ticketing tool on our E-Business platform, to raise a request and receive your Export BL and Import DO in a timely manner.

1. My Customer Service<_o3a_p>

To fast track your documentation readiness, we will be redirecting the following requests to our My Customer Service ticketing portal where we will have a designated team assisting you - <_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

Export BL Release - For Seaway Bill, Original BL, Paperless BL, Telex Release and BL surrender<_o3a_p>

Import DO Release - For Delivery order (DO) release request<_o3a_p>

With effect from 4th July 2024, such requests will be handled through our My Customer Service portal only, to ensure that your ticket will be prioritised by the designated teams. <_o3a_p>

Note: To operate on MyCS, you are obliged to have active Web accounts. Therefore, please register Web account as soon as possible (if you have not had an account yet):<_o3a_p>

If you have engaged third party/brokers taking care of your shipments, do encourage them to register for an eBusiness account for seamless processing of your document release.<_o3a_p>

2. Web OBL self-printing<_o3a_p>

The WebOBL self-print feature that is available on our website would help you tobenefit from the time & costs savings + dispatch fees since the documents are already in your hand - No more dependency on the Agency documentations team for printing your bills of lading and no more paying for counter printing fees.

If you have submitted your ticket via MYCS and already have WebOBL printing access, we will prioritise your request for publishing the documents to your account.<_o3a_p>

Please contact your customer service representative if you need any assistance. We thank you for your business and continued support. <_o3a_p>
