Rep. Carl Gilliard to Host “Come and Get Your Keys” Event Tomorrow

ATLANTA - State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah), chair of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, will host a "Come Get Your Keys" event to give individuals an opportunity to become homeowners TOMORROW, Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Savannah Technical College.

At the event, representatives from the Georgia Dream Program will be in attendance to offer information on down payment assistance. Lenders and realtors will also be in attendance at the event.

The Georgia Dream Peach Plus Loan Program was recently launched and seeks to provide greater access to homeownership opportunities throughout the state by catering to a broader range of homebuyers. This program is tailored to assist borrowers who qualify for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans but may not meet the criteria for the standard Georgia Dream loan program.
