2024 Adjutant General Holiday Memo
Subject: Indiana National Guard Full-time Employee 2024 Holiday Season
1. The holiday season is quickly approaching and in tribute to your hard work, dedication , and professionalism throughout the year to our great state and nation, I encourage a liberal leave policy consistent with mission requirements and operational workloads.
2. As you make your plans, I encourage you to take advantage of the following opportunities intended to promote a relaxed holiday environment to enjoy with our "work family."
a. 27 November- All employees may wear appropriate civilian attire.
b. 19 December- All employees may wear appropriate civilian attire. Additionally, MACOMs and Directorates may host holiday luncheons between 1100 and 1400. These luncheons may extend up to two and a half hours to include the normally scheduled lunch period.
3. Again, thank you for your dedication to this organization, the state of Indiana, and the nation. i wish you and your families a sage and joyous holiday season.
