OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 16, 2024) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, was recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2025 by Newsweek.
"At Paycom, we're transforming workplace culture through a bold focus on belonging," said Tiffany McGowen, senior executive vice president of human relations and talent acquisition. "When people feel seen, heard and respected, their potential is limitless - and so is the impact they can make."
Paycom is dedicated to improving the lives of each employee by providing the tools and resources to reach their highest potential. One of the most successful initiatives is employee resource groups (ERGs), which help individuals from diverse backgrounds engage, connect and find support in the workplace.
"At Paycom, we celebrate our differences, unite through shared values and leverage our diversity as a strength to lead and innovate in new ways," said Joi Floyd, senior culture and belonging specialist at Paycom.
Newsweek's ranking process involves an analysis of companies with more than 1,000 employees, interviewing HR professionals, reviewing publicly available data and conducting an anonymous online survey among a diverse group of U.S. employees.
