It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year in Arcadia!

'Tis the season to be jolly, and we have a sleigh-full of festive events and programs lined up just for you! The City of Arcadia is thrilled to bring you a December filled with holiday cheer, festive lights, and community spirit.

2024 Holiday Decoration Awards
To be considered for a Holiday Award, have decorations up and lights shining bright by December 2 (until 10 p.m.). Nominate a neighbor's property (residence or business), or even your own, by emailing the address, to [email protected] by December 2.
Winter Concert at the Arcadia Public Library
The Friends of the Arcadia Public Library will host a Winter Concert, on December 4, at 7 p.m. Enjoy the sounds of the Baldy View Brass Quintet performing favorites like "We Wish You a Merry Christmas," "All I Want for Christmas," and more!

Tree Lighting Celebration
Countdown to the official start of the holiday season and watch hundreds of lights illuminate the holiday tree. Attend the annual Tree Lighting Celebration at the Arcadia Transit Plaza on December 5, at 6 p.m. There will be photos with Santa, crafts, carolers, commemorative mugs, and more! Snow Festival
On December 7, the Arcadia Community Center will transform
into a winter wonderland! Drop by for the free Snow Festival, with snow play, sledding, face painting, and photobooth, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Fun for all!

Free parking shuttle service at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center, beginning at 7:45 a.m. Shuttle runs every 5 - 7 minutes.

Make Your Own Snow Globes

Join the Gilb Museum on December 7, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., and craft your very own snow globe! Snow globes are available on a first come, first served basis. No registration required.
Downtown Arcadia Holiday Fair
Experience Downtown Arcadia's festive charm at the Holiday Fair on December 14, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Enjoy entertainment, kids' activities, Santa visits, shopping, and a variety of food options!

Chanukah Gelt Drop and Menorah Lighting
Celebrate Chanukah with a gelt drop and menorah lighting, hosted by the Chabad of Arcadia! It's fun for the whole family at the Arcadia Transit Plaza on December 26, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
