Fair Housing Tenant Workshop September 24

Our Neighborhood Improvement Services team will be hosting a Fair Housing Tenant Workshop at the Durham Main Library (300 N. Roxboro St.) on September 24 from 6 - 7:30 p.m. You can also attend the event virtually.

This event will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about disability rights laws, reasonable accommodations/modifications, and protections against discrimination. It will also cover the process for filing a complaint and provide community housing related resources.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on navigating housing issues, ensuring they are well-equipped to assert their rights and seek fair treatment.

Registration is required to join the workshop virtually.

Ellerbe Creek Watershed Study Public Meeting

The Stormwater Quality group is planning our next watershed study in Ellerbe Creek.

If there's a part of the creek that concerns you, specific pollutants that you'd like us to sample for, or if you have other priorities that we may be able to incorporate, we'd love to hear from you!

Head to our website to find out more and fill out the survey.

Share Your Feedback with Way to Go Durham

We want to hear your thoughts about our Way to Go Durham program!

Complete our survey before 5 p.m. September 25 to let us know how familiar you are with the program and how we are performing!
