Hope Valley Barracks

At 9:03 AM, Troopers arrested Mark Patten, age 35, of 115 Wood Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Coventry Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Coventry Police Department.

At 11:23 PM, Troopers arrested David Velez, Sr., age 54, of 12 Raymond Court, East Haven, Connecticut for 1.) Child Endangerment, and 2.) Liability for Aiding, Abetting, Counseling, Hiring, or Commanding Offenses. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment by Justice of the Peace.
