On October 23, 2024, members of the RI Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Tyler Bagley, age 34, of 485 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Felony Domestic Assault / Domestic Vandalism / Domestic Disorderly Conduct out of the Cranston Police Department; and 2) Federal Probation Violation. Mr. Bagley was transported to the Pawtucket Police Department for processing and then to the Cranston Police Department for his arraignment.

On October 23, 2024, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Adam Landes, age 44, of 940 Quaker Lane, Apt. 2007, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V, less than 10 grams. Mr. Landes was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third District Court.

On October 23, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Jose Amparo Pena Gomez, age 43, of 33 Holy Street, Apartment 2, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for License or Permit Required to Carry a Pistol. Mr. Gomez was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending future Sixth District Court dates.

On October 23, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Joshua Torres, age 26, of 8 Amdem Street, Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit / Arrest Warrant for Escape from Correctional Institutions. Mr. Torres was transported to the ACI Intake Service Center pending an arraignment in Third District Court.
