Independence Blue Cross announces 2025 Blue Solutions® health plans for small businesses

Comprehensive, cost-effective health plans designed to accelerate members' health and well-being

Independence Blue Cross (IBX) announces its 2025 Blue Solutions® portfolio for small businesses with 2-50 employees. The company's ACA-compliant health plans offer employers cost-effective and innovative health plan designs, comprehensive well-being programs, and unique resources, tools, programs, and specialty services designed to accelerate the whole-person health and well-being of IBX members.

New for 2025

• Wellness Reimbursement Program. Member reimbursement for the cost of yoga studio fees through the Wellness Reimbursement Program.
• Vision network. An expanded IBX vision network that includes popular retail providers, including Warby Parker*, Target Optical, and Pearle Vision.**
• Updated digital health experience. IBX members now have an entirely new digital health experience when they log in to the member portal at ibx.com or through the IBX mobile app, including new navigation and updated features, advanced technology with faster response times, and personalized content that's easy to find.
• Smart RxAssist. Smart RxAssist can help reduce costs for members on select specialty drugs by offering $0 cost-share¹ for over 200 specialty drugs covered under the medical benefit, at no additional cost to members or employers.
• Behavioral health. An expanded behavioral health network with increased access to traditional and virtual services. In addition, IBX Behavioral Health Care Advocates can schedule appointments for members or connect members to these providers, usually within seven days or less.

IBX Works

IBX offers customers a simple way to deliver critical information to their employees. IBX Works is a digital resource for businesses looking to share health plan benefit details, updates on industry topics and trends, and tips and discounts, so their employees can make the most of their IBX coverage.
