Hope Valley Barracks

On Saturday, October 5, 2024 at approximately 8:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ana Leon-Otero, age 40, of 186 Brandford Avenue, Groton, Connecticut, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and or Drugs-BAC .08% to .10% (Phase I: .085% & Phase II: .088%). The arrest was the result of reports of an erratic operator on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich and subsequent motor vehicle stop. Ms. Leon-Otero was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.

On Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 8:46 PM, Troopers arrested Mario Manuel Vargas Cabrera, age 25, of 2314 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, New York, for 1.) Driving Without Consent of Owner or Lessee. The arrest was the result of Troopers assisting with a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95 South in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
