On July 8, 2024, at approximately 6:47 p.m., the New York State Police from Horseheads responded to a fatal motor vehicle accident on Lattabrook Road in the town of Horseheads.

A preliminary investigation revealed a 2004 Toyota Camry driven by a 56-year-old male was traveling south on Lattabrook Road when it exited the roadway and rolled multiple times. The 56-year-old was pronounced deceased at the scene.

This is an ongoing investigation.
