Parks Division Plans Winter Break Camp

Children ages 5 to 12 can enjoy group activities and field trips with Volusia County's winter break program at the DeLand Boy Scouts Hut, 716 N. Frankfort Ave. Five-year-olds must be enrolled in kindergarten.
The camp will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays from Dec. 23 through Jan. 3. There will be no camp on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Children should bring a bagged lunch, snacks, and beverages.
The $155 per child fee will include field trips to Chuck Lennon Park, the Chisholm Center, and Ormond Lanes.
