On October 19, 2024, the book presentation "Parajanov. Worlds: Scripts and Letters from the Zone", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Master's birth, took place. The event was organized by Karine Paronjants, a well-known Armenian artist in Latvia, in close cooperation with the Armenian Embassy.

The co-authors of the book are Karine Paronjants and Ilze Paegle-Mkrtchyan.

Officials from the Latvian Foreign Ministry, diplomats from countries accredited in Riga, figures from the art and culture community, journalists, and representatives of the Armenian community attended the event.

Ara Margaiyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Lithuania, delivered a welcome speech. The event was accompanied by the music of Sayat Nova and Komitas, played by duduk player Tigran Tumanyan. Excerpts from the book were read by Gundar Abolinsh, a well-known Latvian actor.

The publication of the book was supported by the State Cultural Foundation of Latvia, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, and Mkhitar Mkhitaryan, Honorary Consul of Armenia in Latvia.

At the end of the event, a reception was organized by the embassy.

On October 20, 2024, as part of the events commemorating Sergey Parajanov's 100th birthday, Karine Paronjants also organized an exhibition of her paintings dedicated to Parajanov at the famous Rundale Palace-Museum in Latvia. The exhibition was accompanied by a screening of the film "The Color of Pomegranate", provided by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia with the support of the embassy.
