Manutan in 5th place in the HappyIndex®Trainees 2025 ranking

For the fifth year running, the Manutan Group has been awarded 'Happy Trainees France 2025' certification by ChooseMyCompany. This is the result of an extensive satisfaction survey conducted among our trainees and work-study students at our French subsidiaries (Manutan France, Casal Sport and Papeteries Pichon). This year, we even came 5th among the companies preferred by trainees and alternates in our category.

Every year, ChooseMyCompany highlights the companies that look after their trainees and alternates through its HappyIndex®Trainees ranking. This involves a comprehensive assessment process covering the induction, support and management of these young talents.

This year, we achieved a record overall score of 4.29/5. This puts us in the famous top 10 of companies that take on between 50 and 99 interns, work-study students and VIEs every year.

Our results in a few key figures:

• 98% say that this experience gave them new 'soft skills' to be effective in the workplace
• 98% feel that the work done during their assignment is useful to the company
• 92% feel recognised and encouraged in their efforts
• 92% feel that our company takes sufficient account of current environmental issues
• 88% consider the working methods available to them to be as modern

In total, 94.1% of them would recommend our company to their friends and family!
