UA affiliates and AK EPSCoR project partners travel funding available

Alaska NSF EPSCoR announces the availability of travel funding up to $1,500 for UA affiliates and AK EPSCoR project partners.

This funding is meant to support individuals working in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM), as well as individuals engaged in outreach or education activities related to STEAM. Awards can be used to fund travel to conferences, workshops, training, or other appropriate academic activities where awardees will present research, interact with colleagues and mentors, or obtain training that would take place between November 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025. Priority will be given to junior faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, and to proposals related to EPSCoR Interface of Change program goals.

For travel during:November 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025

Deadline to apply:October 18, 2024, 5:00 p.m. AKDT

Awards will be announced: November 1, 2024
