Scituate Barracks

At 2 :34 AM, Troopers arrested Kevin Rosario, age 29, of 11 Trask Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense and 3.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dean Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
