9/13: Meeting held w City Engineering contractor, CDFL team, and JCI team to evaluate new findings and request proposal revisions

9/16: Follow up meeting to revise chiller plan to address primary unit arrival and secondary unit purchase, and to request secondary hygienic testing

Multiple site visits were made to support the additional proposals currently being put together.
We will address a few items Dr. Scott has raised per feedback she has received.
- rigging system: The rigging inspection was rescheduled to accommodate for earlier than expected chiller arrival and connection. The chiller arrived today and will be tested and connected in the coming week, allowing for rescheduling immediately following.
- fire curtain: Fire Curtain inspection is to be performed as part of the rigging inspection, and the planning will be reflected in the Fire Marshall response document.

Fire Marshall report: We were visited by the Fire Marshall last week, and a number of issues were discovered for which a response document is being prepared for submittal by Sept 21.
We still do not know when remediation will begin and have not yet received the completed proposals from the new parties. We also requested proposal revisions from the first company to address new findings by Mr. Al-Turk, a city-contracted engineer.
