With effect from December 1, 2024, Dr. Nadja Grabenströer will be appointed as the CEO of Otto Group Logistics GmbH, which operates under the brand SupplyX. She succeeds Eva Witte, who has supported the launch and establishment of SupplyX in addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Hermes Fulfilment. Together with Henning Goldmann, Grabenströer will form the management of the company.
In her role as Division Manager, Dr. Nadja Grabenströer played a key role in the establishment and launch of SupplyX. Most recently, she was responsible for the overarching sales strategy, market growth, finance and business analytics, marketing and communication, as well as quality management at SupplyX.
Grabenströer brings extensive experience from her time at McKinsey & Company and various positions within the Otto Group. As Division Manager of Sales and Corporate Functions at Hermes International and later as Division Manager at Otto Group Consulting, and in the Digital & Consulting department, she led strategic projects focusing on transformation and reorganization. She studied American Studies and Business Administration in Mainz, Poitiers, Juneau, and Hamburg, where she also completed her doctorate.

Eva Witte will continue as Chief Financial Officer, working alongside Kevin Kufs and Roy Smolders to lead the management of Hermes Fulfilment. With Hermes Fulfilment as its central logistics service provider, the Otto Group is pursuing ambitious goals and aims to be among the top three fulfillment service providers in Europe by 2028 in terms of service, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
