Pinnacle Financial Partners is once again the No. 1 best place to work in Charlotte. The firm landed at No.1 on the list of Top Workplaces from The Charlotte Observer and Energage in the midsize companies category, which includes businesses with 150 to 499 employees. This is Pinnacle's fourth time in a row in the top spot and the sixth appearance overall on the list. This year, the firm was also recognized with the Clued in Senior Management award. This award acknowledges that Pinnacle managers possess a deep comprehensive understanding of internal operations and associate experiences, ensuring they are attuned to the organizations' day-to-day realities.
"These awards are a testament to the incredible culture we've built together," said Rob Ellenburg, Pinnacle's regional chairman in Southern North Carolina. "Every team member plays a vital role in making this a great place to work, and it's their dedication and mutual support that have earned recognition like this. It isn't just about what we've accomplished. It's about how we've done it by staying true to our values and empowering each other every step of the way."
Awards and recognitions like this are determined by associate surveys, where Pinnacle performs strongly. On the firm's annual and anonymous internal survey, associates left comments like:
"I really appreciate the culture at Pinnacle. Pinnacle is family oriented, and our leaders prioritize the well-being of each associate. We are empowered to do our job which allows us to assist clients in an efficient and timely manner."
"I appreciate and value how the firm is always thinking forward as to how we can help our community reach their financial goals by engaging clients and non-clients."
"I'm grateful for how Pinnacle cares about associates, and how the firm embraces and lives out the company's core values."
The list of Top Workplaces is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by the research firm Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, to name just a few.
