‘Zombieverse: New Blood’ Trailer Promises More Laughs and Thrills on November 19

The horror reality series Zombieverse: New Blood returns bigger and funnier than ever, as participants face bizarre quests and dilemmas amidst a world threatened by evolved zombies. Set to release on November 19, the second season introduces "new blood" as the only hope for survival. The newly launched trailer offers a glimpse into the unique setup of the show, with all eyes on the "resurrected" Ro Hong-chul, whose rare blood type makes him a key variable in the zombie crisis.

In the trailer, dramatic changes in the zombie universe are revealed as survivors are shocked by Seoul's devastation and lockdown. Ro Hong-chul's unexpected return adds to the confusion, while a news report about individuals with "rare blood types" suggests new missions for the cast. Suspected to be one of these individuals, Ro Hong-chul becomes the focus of a chase through subways, waters, and mountains, all while avoiding evolved zombies. Why do the survivors take Ro Hong-chul to Seoul, and can they survive the stronger zombies?

The poster features Ro Hong-chul alongside Lee Si-young, Cho Sae-ho, Defconn, Taeyeon, Yook Sung-jae, DinDin, Dex, Code Kunst, and Kwon Eun-bi.

"In Zombieverse, we created this universe, and in Zombieverse: New Blood, a full-fledged adventure begins. We designed the quests to offer dynamic and suspenseful large-scale action, making the cast ponder life and death amidst zombie chaos. The expanded stage starts from Jeju Island and encompasses the entire country, finally heading towards Seoul," Producer Park Jin-kyung explains. "The comical zombies are key to the reality TV variety show. In every episode, zombies not seen in typical zombie genres appear en masse to trigger laughter."

Catch Zombieverse: New Blood streaming on November 19, only on Netflix.
