EJ and Pollutant Considerations Knowlton

EPA detailed summary of the EJ areas of concern greater than 80 percentile under EPA's EJ Screen tool. The EPA uses EJ Screen Community Report for the purpose of transparency and providing additional context to the public. The data was pulled on January 29, 2024, and considers both EJ Indexes and Supplemental Indexes because the two indexes offer different perspectives on community level vulnerability based on different factors. We also consider all environmental indexes since the effects of different forms of pollution might accumulate upon each other. The EPA considers the National percentile results and not the State percentile since this Source-specific State Implementation Plan is a federal action (docket EPA-R02-OAR-2024-0042).
