Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 2:55 a.m., Troopers arrested Chris Castro, age 43, of 50 Birch Street, Apartment 411, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic - Violation of a No Contact Order - Third or Subsequent Offense; 2.) Resisting Arrest; and 3.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.

At 2:55 a.m., Troopers, arrested William S. Alexander, age 67, of 485 Plainfield Street, Apartment 10, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine); and 2.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.

At 3:32 a.m., Troopers arrested Rodelin Rene, age 29, of 21 Pembroke Avenue, Second Floor Apartment, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates; and 2.) Giving a False Document to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
