On October 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jillian Zelano, age 39, with last known address of 57 Jackson Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Ms. Zelano was arraigned in Third District Court, where she waived extradition proceedings. Ms. Zelano was ordered held at the ACI pending her return to Seekonk.

On October 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Alihja Pare, age 24, with last known address of 640 Social Street, Apartment #1, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Violation of No Contact Order - 3rd or subsequent offense. Mr. Pare was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was held without bail.

On October 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Joseph Auclair, age 41, with last known address of 143 Old Great Road, North Smithfield, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for the charge of Violation of No Contact Order - 3rd or subsequent offense originating from the State Police ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Auclair was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was held without bail.
