Open general export licence technology for military goods

    The existing OGEL has been revoked and amended to remove Israel as a permitted destination.

    The Ogel has been amended to remove Burkina Faso, Haiti, Mali, and Niger as permissible destinations. The current one is revoked.

    Changes to rating codes ML8 and PL5001. Addition of 'South Sudan' to Schedule 2 (destinations concerned). MOD security requirements clarified. Clause added referring to pre-visit questionnaires.
