A Powerhouse of Leadership: Five MSJ Leaders Recognized in the Cincinnati 300 Most Powerful Business Leaders

Mount St. Joseph University extends its congratulations to President H. James Williams, Ph.D., and MSJ Board of Trustee members Jennifer Damiano, Steve Mullinger, Jackie Reau, and Dan Sutton for their recognition in the Cincinnati 300 2024 publication!

Cincinnati Magazine's Cincinnati 300 publication recognizes the most powerful business leaders across the region's public, private, and nonprofit companies. All five MSJ recipients serve on the Board of Trustees at Mount St. Joseph University.

Dr. H. James Williams, CPA, CMA, JD, LLM, became the seventh president of Mount St. Joseph University on March 15, 2016. Dr. Williams led the $18 million fundraising for and construction of the Centennial Field House and Austin E. Knowlton Fitness Center; a state-of-the-art exercise facility for all students, and training facility for the Mount's 22 NCAA Division III athletic programs. The Centennial Field House includes the only NCAA indoor track and field in the region. Additionally, the Mount's Archbishop Alter Library was renovated in 2023 to provide better spaces for students and faculty.

Moreover, Steve Mullinger, MSJ Board of Trustees chair and regional president of Huntington National Bank has enhanced Huntington's reputation and increased employee engagement. His strong relationships have led to more customers, greater financial access, and increased community support.

Jennifer Damiano is the senior vice president and market leader of KeyBank's private banking unit in Cincinnati and Dayton, and she expanded her role in 2023 as Cleveland-based KeyBank's Cincinnati market president. She continues to strengthen KeyBank relationships and interactions within the community, especially through philanthropic partnerships; a calling close to her heart.

Jackie Reau serves as the CEO and co-founder of Game Day Communications, an award-winning Cincinnati public relations firm. According to her website, Jackie has more than 25 years of experience and specializes in strategic communications planning, social media strategy, and crisis management.

Furthermore, Dan Sutton has served the last six years as Kemba Credit Union's president/chief executive officer, leading a financial institution of more than 130,000 members and nearly 300 employees. Sutton has been a pivotal leader at Kemba Credit Union, guiding the institution through significant growth and community engagement initiatives.
